I was reading the comments that a lot of you left for me after my last post. (Thank you so much for leaving comments for me. I love reading them.) The last one that I read was this:

I loved saying "paper pregnant" when we were waiting for Lily! You ARE an expectant mom; you just don't have any certain due date:)
I really needed to hear that. Thank you!
There are some days when I really feel like we're expecting...when Steve and I are planning things and talking about how things will be when we have a baby in our home. Then there are other days when I don't feel like this at all. When I feel down or feel doubtful. I have had some days like that over the past few months, too. I am trying to have a strong positive attitude about everything (especially with our profile being shown -- that makes me feel very hopeful.)
It's nice to be reminded that we are EXPECTANT PARENTS just like anyone else.

definitely! love how the comment said it, you are expecting a baby, your due date is just unknown. I hope it's even quicker than 9 months!
your baby is so lucky to have you guys as parents. I love the pictures in your profile, they radiate the love that you and your husband share.
Aww...I love that! Can't wait until your baby is home... it WILL happen! ((HUGS))
I know exactly what you mean! Some days I feel so ecstatic I find my way into a baby store and wander around. Then, other days, I feel like maybe I shouldn't...because...I don't know. It's one of those days. ;) I guess all moms, paper pregnant or tummy pregnant, have an emotional roller coaster to ride. :)
I'm paper pregnant along with you and I know what you mean. Like my pregnant friends, I'm thinking about car seats and high chairs, but it feels weird not to have a timeline. I hope you keep feeling hopeful.
I hope you go into pre-term paper labor!! And have your baby soon!
Is that tacky? You know what I mean ... I want the stork to deliver sooner rather than later, I want to meet the little one that is waiting to meet you.
You very much are expectant parents, Wendy!!
Have you thought about starting to buy some baby things yet or would you rather wait? That might help the reality set in even more. (-;
Polly -- Pre-term paper labor: I love it! :) You made me laugh! (BTW, I'm so happy for you...rest up!)
Brenda -- Yes, Steve and I have bought some things. :) That DOES make it feel more real, you're right! We're probably going to start thinking about a registry soon (sort of gender neutral type things.) Buy Buy Baby and BRU have adoption as an option on their forms and BBB said that you can put in any date for the arrival date (even 2 years away.) Friends have asked us when we're going to register, so we'll probably do it soon. Don't think we'll have a pre-baby baby shower (even though some people do) but I do think we'll probably do the registry part.
Lately, I need that reminder about being an expectant mom more and more. I enjoy reading your blog because I find that you do have a strong and positive attitude. I wish I had more of that sometimes. Hang in there and I'll try to do the same!
Baby registry is so much fun :) Defenitly a must :) You are going to make a great Mommy :)
Hi I just found your blog. We're approaching a year and a half of TTC... enough said I'm sure. It looks like you have a lot of information and I look forward to reading up on it!
